Never ever go here!!! It’s not run by Sams Club either!! Their examination equipment is of lower end quality. I can’t even report them. Nobody to contact.
When you get your examination there is a fan running that blows in your face drying your eyes out. I told her the fan was drying out my eyes making my eyes dry and impossible for me to focus. Examination was continued with fan blowing in my face!! Instructions she gives you are written on post it notes torn in half. You are never given a receipt or appointment cards. There is no paper trail whatsoever regarding your diagnosis or examination explanation documentation.
When I was called and told my contacts were available for pick up, I was given a three week out pick up appointment, which was unacceptable and then I was given a 2 week out 2 pm appointment which I then accepted.
I arrived at 2pm, however, the 2:30pm appointment was just walking back. Oh yes, it gets worse!!! I was taken back to a sink and the girl pointed to my contacts and walked out. How unprofessional is that? I put my contacts in and then sat in the adjoining room for 45 minutes. At 2:45pm I was finally taken to the exam room. Again the fan blowing in my face. I was then verbally given a follow up appointment.
HOWEVER, WHAT THEY DIDN’T REALIZE WAS THAT MY HUSBAND WAS WAITING FOR ME!!!!! He overheard them talking about the fact that they took the wrong person back. So basically they had the time to sit there and talk about me and their mistake but never had the common decency to walk a couple yards to tell me why I was left sitting waiting and waiting.
So I wasted $140 for absolutely nothing. I never went back and threw the trial contacts away. I want my money refunded, however, I have no receipt ?
I have since received reputable and quality care with professional qualified employees and optometrist using high quality equipment.

I don't have high expectations for a Walmart based company. I drove across town to find out that they had closed early. They were still technically open and should have been for another 15 minutes but would not let anyone else in. Last time it was over 30 minutes before their scheduled close time. This seems to be a regular occurrence at this location.

Okay place to shop.However, be extremely cautious with their prepacked meats.... Within the last month i purchased a pack of sausages that expired two weeks before, and just last week a package of cold cuts that expired just two days later... they need to be diligent in checking dates.

Sushi !Unlike most local Chinese Restaurants that offer less than grade sushi, Sam's Club offers some amazing selections !Extremely Fresh, consistent high quality and the options are incredible !Priced very competitive.....Highly recommend !

Never got my gift card when I signed up! Kinda sad they don’t stand by their members and promotions when getting a new membership at Sam’s Club. Tho we love shopping there, we will definitely reconsider when our membership is up, Dishonest to customers!

The ladies at the customer service desk were absolutely wonderful taking the time to resolve a issue that was a online error. They made sure they took the time to resolve the matter. They went above and beyond what they had too. I made sure to let the manager know the kind of service they provided. Sometimes customer service like that is very hard to find.

This has to be one of the cleanest most organized Sam's clubs I have ever been to. The staff is friendly attentive and around to help if you need them. multiple options for checking out the scan and go app is amazing self checkout and cashier assisted checkout. They have a great pickup option as well. Great selection of everything always have what you need and clean bathrooms if you need that....

First there is the pharmacy. They are always going out of there way. outstanding customer service. Have not ever been so happy with a pharmacy in the past. The store in itself is clean. They have great prices especially instant savings. As well as the customer service. Right now we're missing the food area.
