I want to give a personal shout out to Chris and Jill! Those ladies really know their job :) Both are very pleasant, caring and have great personalities for customer service! I have upgraded to a plus membership, visit the club more than 4 times a month and also have a Sams credit card. Each time I am there I enjoy seeing these ladies. Only downside to visiting these clubs is the solicitors trying to sell you something while you walk throughout the store. I don't want to be approached or bothered while I am shopping. There are parts of the club I will specifically avoid just so I do not have to get held up by them. Would be 5 stars if not for the hecklers.. sorry.

I had an awful experience with their 3rd party delivery driver (sent to wrong address, food left out in rain). HOWEVER, when we went to the store to get everything sorted out, each team member was extremely helpful and apologized for our bad experience. They worked really hard to rectify the issue as soon as possible, ESPECIALLY Kristin from curbside. We recommend curbside pickup over home delivery.

Great deals, nice prices. Lot in stock. I couldn't find the big bundle of Deer park water buy got it today at Sam's club. They have some nice stuff here. I like all the clubs myself. But it is worth the trip if you live in the area. Join the club your gas is cheaper also. Still good deals, especially for the holidays. Check it out. Plus, they have great pizza cheap hot to go.
