Had the unfortunate happening of rocks hitting my windshield on the highway and inevitably spreading all over the windshield. Thankfully, through the help of insurance, I was paired up with Safelite and they got me on the schedule that hour, and scheduled for the next day. Car dropped off in the morning and completed two hours later. Had the car back for 2-3 hours and all seems well to this point. The staff was polite, respectful, guaranteed their work with lifetime warranty and worked at an efficient pace to complete the job in an acceptable amount of time. Although I personally should have removed this all beforehand, they did their best to replace my dashcam, my EZPass in the top middle, my carwash sticker and car maintenance sticker on the lefthand side. All in all, I am very pleased and impressed with the order and knowledge of this place. David (Dave) was my technician and again, was quick and efficient. The young lady who greeted me was very pleasant and picking up the car, was very informative of what to watch for, avoid and care for the windshield. Thanks, Safelite!

I used to use safelite every time I needed glass work. Now I have a specific question and can't reach an actual person. I tried calling the main (corporate) number and explain I need to ask questions. They just transferred me to that robot again. I'm sorry to say I've had it.

I had questions and it's literally impossible to speak to a live person when calling this number. The robot that answers doesn't even give you useful info. Customer service is nonexistent.I'll go to someplace that will actually answer the phone.

Had a 9 am. appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. Told me they were running behind and it would take 2-2.5 hours. It did only take 1.5 hours however, there were only 2 people working at this shop. They kept getting interrupted by customers walking in and the phone ringing. The huge disappointment, windshield looked fine after I left until the next day when I noticed another crack on the opposite side. The windshield was either broken when they put it on, or they damaged it when putting it on. I did not drive anywhere that caused anything to hit my windshield to cause another crack. Now I have to spend another day going to replace a second windshield.

Twice I have scheduled an appointment and Safelite has canceled them due to their unorganized bs. I would not recommend this place for anybody. Find a better place

Had a chip in my windshield repaired. They started at the specified time and I was completely finished 25 minutes later. The repair looks good and their promptness was appreciated. I’ll continue to use this business. Was an easy interface between Safelite and AllState insurance. Zero hassle and zero out of pocket expense. Yay.

I definitely appreciated their service in replacing my passenger side window. They took out the carpets in the front and back and vacuumed out all the glass which was nice. My appointment lasted about 2 hours, but this was only because my newer Subaru has anti-pinch software that is difficult to reset. I can make my window go up and down but I'll have to get the setting reset at my dealership. If your car has this feature, I would check with your dealership beforehand to ask what they recommend and if you are able to go elsewhere for service. They tried their best though and even looked on YouTube to try to figure it out, but I'm honestly just grateful to have a window again.
