I came here to grab some snacks (as I always do) with my son for his last day of school. We usually come in the evening when Angel is working and she is such a sweetheart. We have no issues with her. She knows us. Well I made the mistake of coming in earlier when the store manager was working. Sharon is her name. My son went into the store first as he always does as I got his baby sister out of the car. He grabbed his snack and as I walked to the door he came to hold the door open for us. Sharon began berating my child about stealing a bag of chips. He was not walking out or leaving, he was holding the door open for me to walk in. I watch her still yell at my child “did you pay for that” as if I wasn’t right there with him. I say I’m his mother he’s helping me in. She still asks DID HE PAY FOR THAT” I came in and turned right around. The way she acted to a 6 year old kid was absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer come in when she is here. As this isn’t the first bad encounter with that woman. Horrible store manager and customer service

Every time I go into the store the staff members are always smiling, they are very friendly and helpful whenever you need help. The store is always clean. I love all of the different selections on the menu from specialty coffee drinks, smoothies, breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts Etc.... Checkout is very fast you don't have to stand in long lines like other stores. The Cashier's always ask you if you found everything ok and if you needed help with something.★ This Rutter's is the best one I have been to and I will never go to another one

The service here is exceptional, and they carry a large variety of items. However, I won't deny that the area around this store has been a little shady in terms of Hanover. The police have been called to this store several times somewhat recently. My family witnessed one incident themselves involving a customer. The employees are courteous.
