I called the store before lunch hours to see if my daughter’s prescription was ready for pick up . I was told via phone by the pharmacist that her prescription was indeed ready to be picked up.
So I arrived at the store before lunch hours and was told that my daughter’s prescription was not ready and that it will be ready for pickup tomorrow after 2pm. Mind you my daughter needs this medication asap so she can start taking it immediately.
I come in the next day after lunch hours to pick up the medication just for a different pharmacist to tell me it was ready for pickup the day before. (which is the day I came in the first time to pick it up).
At this point I am highly upset and agitated. You are the pharmacist I am relying on you to do your job correctly and accurately. I would give negative stars for the pharmacy if I could.
Please do not ever make this big of a mistake again.

Woman was very rude on the phone. Make sure you have good customer service before you start talking to customers on the phone!

I always receive great service when going to the South Hanover Rite Aid. Thank you to Pamala for walking to the back of the store, retrieving a replacement cane tip, and putting it on my cane. It saved me and my sore knee! Thank you for your care and compassion.

Always tell you your prescriptions are ready then drive out and they aren't. Hopefully they shut this one down too

Our neighborhood Rite Aid has friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional pharmacy staff! The staff made the experience of getting our annual flu shot easy and made us feel confident we were well taken care of by the pharmacist! My husband and I find it's convenient and fast getting vaccines and flu shots at our nearby Rite Aid!

When you wait for your meds to be filled plus spend money on other things while waiting but can't use a bathroom because it is not open to the public!!!???

The pharmacy was extremely accommodating and did not waiver when I requested curbside pickup, even enduring a mixup where I was at the wrong location (other Hanover Rite Aid). They were very professional and nice despite me getting upset that no one was coming out of the store (because I was at the wrong location).

The worse pharmacy in Hanover. The pharmacist Sam Sao is an arrogant liar who still continued to lie even when I caught him in his lies.
