This rite aid has THE MOST personality in terms of it's employees and I love it! I'm always greeted with smiles at the door, and although the pharmacist Robert can be a tad snippy at times- he works harder than anybody I know and does a great job at the same time. The place can be a madhouse and he handles it with ease- Thank YoU!!

Parking only on 1 side of building. The lot on the other side is owned by M & T Bank, but there is no sign on Rite Aid to tell customers that parking lot is on other side.

Just love Marie ! She's always friendly, Knows customers by name, and one of the longest employees there. Kristin too has been a long time trooper with Marie. with altitude of those I don't know how Rite Aid we get by. you go girls!

I swear it's always something. I like Rite Aid because I can transfer my prescriptions across stores and all that jazz, but every town I go to seems to have something wrong. Is there number even correct that's listed? I can't even get the automatic machine to answer.

i absolutely LOVE the store staff, they’ve become like a second family to us! but the guy in the pharmacy is extremely judgemental, and just straight up mean.. he makes me want to switch to another pharmacy but unfortunately its too convenient for me to go here..

I have finally found a good place to fill prescriptions! They are great here.Prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner and pickup is the fastest I've ever had. Everyone I've encountered has always been fast, kind, and polite.

Whats the purpose of this pharmacy? Saturday closes early, Sunday their pharmacy don't open, Now Monday holiday memorial day they wont be open until Tuesday no pharmacy needs? really what do we need this pharmacy for in Hanover?? They should shut down and bring a Walgreens very much needed w drive thru 24 hours!
