“I'm new to the area and getting settled. I've had three interactions with the post office, each time with a different employee and they've been incredibly kind and helpful. I went to the office to request a new mailbox key for my building and the lady working was nothing but kind and helpful. The gentleman that installed the key was the same, he even help sort out the mail from the old tenant. And today, I called to get information about a P.O. box since I've had boxes stolen at my building. The gentleman answering my questions was patient and made sure I had a clear understanding of the process. Really happy with the experiences I've had with them thus far.”

“The staff at this post office is so helpful. We had to be out of state for several months last year. Using the federal website for forwarding was daunting both setting it up and ending the service. The Post Mistress was so patient and helpful setting me up. She also assisted with a passport issue. My delivery person is friendly and will place heavy boxes by my door as I am disabled now. I can't say enough about them. I have experience with the postal service in Tucson and I can tell you it ranks a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Thomasville ranks a 10+ in my book.”

“I went to the East Berlin Post Office for help with a passport - I was fortunate to have Gladys working that day! She was amazing! She took the time to explain everything and was possibly the friendliest person I've ever encountered at a post office!”

“I had a post office box here for 8 years and I must say that it is one of the better post offices that I have ever used, and I have used the fair number of them. The employees are very helpful especially if you make any inquiries. For example, once I left my key and my PO box and a kind neighbor removed it from the PO box and gave it to the employees. I realized where I had left my keys and stop by a day later and sure enough, the employees returned my keys to me. That won't happen it just any postal office! Because it is a small post office, they usually only have one worker at the front desk and so service can be slow, that's why they did not get a five-star rating. Some of the people there are longer term and because Manchester is a small town they will recognize you by face if you are a regular there, again highly unusual at most postal facilities.”

“I have been using the New Oxford post office since I moved to the area 3 years ago. Every single time I am there I have gotten top notch service. The employees remember who I am and are very friendly. I miss those who have retired and have gotten to know the new people. And my letter carrier has to be one of the most friendly people I’ve met. She actually CARES about the people on her route. Thank you Evana (not sure of the spelling).”
