Poor policies and employee attitudes match. They are a bank that won't count change. You have to manually wrap it all yourself. I'd never heard of a bank that doesn't count change (and I confirmed I'm not just old, first local bank I called confirmed they count change).

I wanted to get bigger bills than 20’s for Christmas cards so I had to go into the bank this morning. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The teller giving me the money counted it out like it was some kind seedy casino. I asked for an envelope to put it in and he gave an attitude then sarcastically said Merry Christmas. When I complained to Lori the bank manager she didn’t even apologize she just looked at me like so what. This branch acts like they are doing us a favor holding our money. Take your money somewhere else they don’t even respond to customer reviews. Clearly they don’t care

My wife and I have been a member of PNC Bank for nearly two decades. Over this period of time PNC has gone above and beyond in helping us with our financial needs. The staff are always kind and courteous. PNC holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and has gained our full trust over the years. If your looking for a bank with decent hours, good locations and helpful stall, give PNC a try you won't regret the decision.

Unprofessional. Disrespectful to children. Also charge several unnecessary fees, and lock you out of your paycheck money for 1 day. All around general disrespect for the people who bring them their Money. Would give a 0 star if possible.
