Received new bank card called to activate but no answer to Hanover office. The open hours . Called several times.

I have dealt with PNC since they took over Bank of Hanover. The transition was seamless. The staff is well trained, friendly and responsive to customer needs.

Friendly staff, usually I'm in and out as long as I don't go close to 5. They always seem to have a good connection with frequent visiters. It took a few times going in to cash my check they can just find me by my name now I don't have to do the whole dance around finding my account unless it's a new worker at the till. Seems safe, ATM is indoors by the front also not just drive thru or a shady walk up on the side of the building.
