“The employees were very friendly and the service was fast and convenient. I do think that they should be able to use a code reader for the check engine light and etc also since they do change breaks, I think they should add being able to replace a break line and/or look to see where leaks may be coming from for all the fluids like break fluid, transmission fluid, oil, and etc.”
“The actual service was quick and easy, the ordering process was a nightmare, ordered 4 tires. 2 arrived on schedule and 2 came a day later, ai cancelled my service at least 3 times and it took talking to a human to remedy the issues.”

“Update: I had to take one star off because when I got home, I noticed there was an oil spot in my driveway. I was concerned that they didn't tighten something, so I hosed off everything and waited a few hours, and no more oil dripped on the driveway. It was oil left on the bottom of the pan when they pulled the filter and plug to drain it. They did not clean off the old oil. A friend that also goes here confirmed that this is typical of them. They never clean off the old oil from under the engine when they drain the old. This is something simple that would only take a moment for them to do. I know it's 10 min service, but attention to detail is important and can make a better impression on people.
Original Review: First time using Costa in Hanover, PA today. Service was indeed 10 minutes, and I was out the door. Employees were friendly and complimented my car. Entrance is from the rear (in the alley). This will be my go-to for oil changes now. Far better than sitting in a dealership waiting room for an hour.”
