Very disappointed with this bank. I tried their services back in March. Very unprofessional and the lady whom I had to talk to about an online banking error was very condescending and rude. Go to PNC bank if you want better service.

They are only open til 4 pm and then u have to do the atm drive thru which is ludicrous! I needed to go through the regular drive thru not the atm! U need an appointment to go in! Pitiful! What about people that work and need real hours?! I guess u r screwed! Good luck!

My husband and I came in today to add his name to my bank account. Nicholas was very helpful and very polite. It didn’t take long at all. He even helped my husband set up his online mobile banking account. Very pleased with our visit today and great customer care.
