This is the best place to take any vehicle. Between my wife and I we have 9 vehicles and we take every single one here. Mr. Jim Zehill has been honest and trustworthy every single time I come in. He has always been most accommodating to me and my wife and has provided answers to all our questions. Never once had we ever had to come back for a repair. The shop is always clean and everyone is always professional. The two top technicians-Alex and Jason really know everything about vehicles inside and out. I would absolutely recommend this location for all car repairs to anyone!!!

The service manager was polite and very helpful. These days you can really appreciate a pleasant and knowledgeable person to help navigate through the complexity of automobile functions and their operations. Ryan was able to easily point out several instances for future maintenance which gained my firm belief in his abilities to provide a solid relationship with Monro and their technicians.

Took my 2014 Ford Flex in to get an Oil Change. Was told my car needed a Front End Alignment. Strange since I just got the car less than a month or so ago at that point. But, I trusted them. Now my car had never had any steering issues before this. But AFTER the so called Front Alignment, less than 3 days later, my car started pulling real bad to the right. So I brought it back and said my car was pulling to the right. So they took a look at it. NOW they tell me, both my front struts are bad and they need to be replaced to the tune of 2,500 dollars. Something felt off, so I took my car back to the dealership I bought it from. They took a look at it and said I did NOT need new front struts. That only the right Front Strut MOUNT needed to be replaced which is WAY cheaper. But they did pose a VERY interesting question to me. If I had a bad front strut mount, how did they perform a Front End Alignment? Answer: They can't. I am contacting the corporate office for a full refund of my front end alignment and oil change because I don't know if that was really done after all this.
