“After the week of customer service I had dealt with I was over it . I had already been to another store and talked to idk how many departments in customer service so I wasn't expecting much walking in today but we left pleasantly surprised. Rob and another guy were in the store when we got there but Rob was our actual sales person. They were both polite pleasant very knowledgeable and helpful. We left with everything we needed plus a better plan than we started with. Rob made everything as easy as possible plus he explained how to do a few things at home to make my life easier since I'm technology illiterate. This Will definitely be the store I use for everything from now on.”

Waited about an hour or sours after they were supposed to open and never did. And I have to pick this order up by Wednesday!!! Security didn’t even know when or if they would open.How to change this review once I actually get to this store and there are opened when they are supposed to be…UPDATE: Best customer service. “Worked with Kaitlyn at your store to combine my 2 different phone accounts. She was by herself and spent almost hour getting it all switched over. Kaitlyn is great! She's a great person to represent your company. Kept me informed whole time what was going on. Great personality! Next day found your company had overcharged my account. Called Kaitlyn and she took care of calling customer service herself and got the credit on my account! That was a bless because honestly I hate calling your customer service. “I am actually shocked to see the poor reviews for this location. I was a customer today and I was beyond happy with the service I received. The manager Michelle was patient and helpful from start to finish. I was in the store for almost four hours today between trouble shooting SafeLink and TracFone trying to keep my phone number and start service with MetroPCS. Those companies gave me the runaround the whole time and made it almost impossible for me to access my own account information in order to change. Michelle assisted in helping me choose a phone and a plan within budget and even went as far as transferring my contacts and photos to my new phone. She was attentive and informative. I highly recommend this location - at least Michelle - and I hope that her manager sees this and gives her a raise and better air conditioning in the store. Thank you!”
