Very frustrating I have a simple question I'd love an answer to and they can't pi k up their phone. I'm the one giving you my money the least you can do is answer your phone.

I dont know what is going on with this company. Everytime I try to go to this specific store it is closed, and noone answers the phone. When you do get to speak to someone from a different store the customer service is horrible . They seem to have zero cares. Also to get any upgrades or anything like that is non existent . The one good thing is the price of the plans that's about it

I am here in Hanover at 4:30pm and the store is closed and locked. The hours show they are open until 7pm. Not this one.

These people never answer the phone! You call over 5 times throughout the day and nothing!

I came in the store today and had terrible customer service! I was the only customer in the store. The representative was rude, lazy didn't help me get a new phone. She played music on the computer instead of asking me what my needs were! I was so disgusted I walked out! Worst experience ever! Zero stars!

Always out of the iPhones that are advertised. They are also out of half of the Android phones they advertise as well. Just don't bother with going to that location because you'll always get sent to another store anyways.

I am actually shocked to see the poor reviews for this location. I was a customer today and I was beyond happy with the service I received. The manager Michelle was patient and helpful from start to finish. I was in the store for almost four hours today between trouble shooting SafeLink and TracFone trying to keep my phone number and start service with MetroPCS. Those companies gave me the runaround the whole time and made it almost impossible for me to access my own account information in order to change. Michelle assisted in helping me choose a phone and a plan within budget and even went as far as transferring my contacts and photos to my new phone. She was attentive and informative. I highly recommend this location - at least Michelle - and I hope that her manager sees this and gives her a raise and better air conditioning in the store. Thank you!

I stopped in Tuesday evening to upgrade 3 phones. After we picked out the phones, the associate said we get free cases and screen protectors. We confirmed it several times and she insisted they were free. At time of check out, the bill was way higher than expected. Associate said it was taxes, activation and set up fees. Still didn't seem right. I asked for a paper copy of the receipt and she said they no longer provide receipts, just the little credit card charge slipI went to another Metro store (whose store mgr is amazing, West York, PA location) and she helped me break down everything. As expected the cases and protectors were not free, but we still couldn't figure out almost $50 of the extra charge. I do have a call into customer service who is investigating this. They gave me a "corporate" phone number, but it turned out to just be the store in West Minister,MD. That store mgr was amazing as well. He gave me the information needed to do this as well as got me what he believes in the DDM email. He also called the store to get information but couldn't get much from the assoc. I am emailing this and more to the email I was provided but if I could please get a response as well from this, that would be great. I would like some resolution from this.
