Member's First on Baltimore St. is, and has been, a great find. For 5+ years we have partnered for a quality experience. Jared is my go to guy. He and the staff provide a friendly, caring atmosphere. Recommending Member's is a "no brainer".

I came in here to discuss my account and possibly closing it down due to them continuously holding my money when I would deposit my checks from payroll, when the manager / supervisor looked there would have been no reason why they would have been withholding it. A girl named Taylor waited on me when I came in she was rude, disrespectful continue to over talk me and also rolled her eyes as I then excused myself while she was supposed to be getting a manager in which after waiting 30 minutes she still had not gotten a supervisor for me to approve my withdrawal and what's that time I contacted the telebranch. When the telebranch called into this Branch she was also treated very disrespectful her name is Gabby. I then went back into the bank after speaking with telebranch and spoke to a gentleman named Jared who apparently is some type of supervisor he helped me get all the money from my accounts and spoke to me about the issue of the teller. This tell her name Taylor does not need to be working anywhere that deals with customers. With my temper I thought I was honestly going to go over the counter so I decided to walk away like a woman and handle this with the supervisor. I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK EVER EVER AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND PEOPLE AND FAMILY TO GO ELSEWHERE.

I wanted to give this branch the benefit of the doubt when I stopped in around 1pm, it was unappealing both externally and internally. It seemed that the very act of being cordial was an ordeal for the teller.

I wanted to give this branch the benefit of the doubt when I stopped in around 1pm, it was unappealing both externally and internally. It seemed that the very act of being cordial was an ordeal for the teller. She answered in one word responses or clipped sentences. I was there to use the services of the shared credit union network only for her to have me fill out the paperwork - she presses a total of 2 buttons and tells me that my account number wasn't recognized, despite me having my account number and checkbook on hand. Notwithstanding that I've used the network on many occasions. I would have respected her more if she had told me that she didn't feel like doing the transaction. This was bar none, the worse customer service experience I've ever had at a financial institution. This woman is doing your organization a grave disservice.
