My brakes failed on my way home from work!

They are overpriced on everything. They failed my state inspection and quoted me 1200 and I brought It to my mechanic and it passed flying colors. We’ll no longer be using this company for repairs etc.

Best service I’ve received from a shop before! Got my car inspected(out of state) and needed a decent amount of work, but was not disappointed! Got everything done very fast and my car feels brand new!

I had pervious work done here, so I had gone back to have additional work done. Unfortunately, originally I was quoted about $600 for my repairs, just to find out the day the work was to be completed, that it was now double the cost due to the person I talked to had given the wrong labor rate, which was not my problem. Ultimately, I called the Ford dealer and they confirmed that the original rate and price I was quoted was consistent with the market rate. So, I did not accept the double quote from Meineke, and went to the dealer for repairs. It’s a shame because I would have gone back there for more repairs in the future, but now I will stick to the dealer since they give me a fair rate, and that’s saying something considering that everyone knows that the dealers always cost more!!

Mike was very helpful in helping get a payment plan set up. Meineke completed the work in an unprecedented speed of time. A LOT of work done in about 9 hours. Good show, gentlemen.
