The store was absolutely awful and the only reason for a 2 star review is because of the polite counter worker.

Staff is rude ! no help store is disorganized and dirty ! they are not washing the carts off . No carts available place is lazy ,under staffed. i will not be shopping there . due to not taking enough precautions for their customers. and management is just as bad rude.

I purchased a dryer. It was delivered the next day. However, there was a problem with the dryer vent. I called the store manager regarding the problem. The manager was courteous and the problem was resolved rapidly. I highly recommend Lowe's.
