My husband and I have been searching for a new vehicle to replace our 2024 Escape. In all honesty, we actually chose to visit car dealerships when they were closed to avoid feeling pressured into a purchase. Fortunately, after visiting the Bergey's Subaru car dealership on a Sunday afternoon, we were really impressed with the Subaru Forester. We returned there Monday morning and were greeted by Sales Consultant, Brittany McMaster. Brittany was extremely kind and immediately offered us her assistance and the keys to test drive the Forester (basic model) that we saw the previous day. We told her upfront that we would not be making an immediate purchase decision, and she was completely okay with that comment. We felt absolutely no pressure, and she made it clear that we could contact her anytime if we had any further questions. After returning home and visiting the Bergey's website, we found a Forester (premium model) that had exactly everything and even more features that we were looking for in a vehicle. We immediately felt it was the perfect car for us. Brittany immediately started the purchasing process... even contacting us after she was finished working for the day to answer a few questions. She was so knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. Did I forget to mention that she shares our love for dogs as well?!
Thanks also to F&I Manager, Jordan Miller, for walking us through the necessary paperwork with kindness and a sense of humor! Jordan was very organized and efficient.

Big thumbs up for Mark and Jared for making our car buying experience a real pleasure yesterday. We went in knowing the vehicle we wanted was a little out of our budget but Mark made it happen and a couple of hours later we were headed home in exactly the right car. Mark was extremely easy to work with and a pleasure to do business with. Jared made the financing portion of the purchase as pain free and uncomplicated as possible. His easy going happy nature kept us both amused and laughing. We expected everything to take a lot longer than it did. What a pleasant experience at a really nicely appointed clean dealership. Thanks again, we couldn't be happier with the entire process.

Had a terrific experience with the entire dealership. Company held my vehicle on a handshake. They were more interested in gaining a customer than selling a car. I bought used but they detailed the vehicle to look as new as possible. Thanks Brittany and Joe for making me feel valued.

I had the best experience at Bergey’s Subaru. Mark Knott is one of the best salesmen you could possibly have! He’s easy to work with, super helpful, and straight forward with you. I will always go to him when in need of a car, and thanks to him I got my new crosstrek! Alongside Mark, Joe and Jordan were also helpful. I cannot recommend Bergey’s and Mark enough. Wish I could give 100 stars! If you’re in the market for a Subaru- go see Mark!!

Mark Knott is a true "Car Guy" - this was evident when I first met Mark at the dealership as well as the camaraderie and fun car related stories we shared during the car buying experience. I purchased a used Mustang convertible at a Subaru dealership - go figure - the price was reasonable - the car checked all the right boxes for me and financing was made possible for the later model purchase. Living 40 miles south in MD, the drive up to Hanover PA and meeting up with Mark Knott fulfilled a dream come true - 1 more pony to enjoy - THANK YOU MARK KNOTT! - and related Bergey's personnel - the car looked terrific upon delivery!

I am writing this review after owning my Jeep for 250 miles. I've purchased 17 vehicles this is 1st from Bergery Subaru and last one. My overall experience from sales to service at Bergery doesn't come close to other dealerships in the area. Their customer service is pass you around in hopes you give up. You may want to reconsider before you purchase.
