We really like Laurel Hill. We take Joey there to get groomed and he has been boarded there 3 times over the summer. The have nice runs, it’s clean, and I feel comfortable with their excellent service and care.

We boarded our 5 month old puppy for a week and was very happy with our experience from dropping off to picking up. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Price is very reasonable. Our pup seemed to be happy and in good shape when we picked him up. Would definitely recommend.

They act bothered when you call them.. just spoke with someone who barely mumbled two words to me and while I’m waiting for her to check the books I hear another person saying “were booked for months but don’t tell her that” they both laughed and by the time she came back I hung up. Don’t answer phones if you don’t care, gives your business a bad look. Won’t be recommending.

Been bringing our two dogs to Laurel Hills for years. Feels good to know they are both safe and secure at Laurel Hills. Staff are professional, yet very friendly. Staff is always willing to hear details about any special care your pet may need. They truly care for our dogs as if they were their own. Wouldn't take our dogs anyplace else!

I wish the experience was the same in 2021 as the 2015 review stated. My dogs were both covered in feces when I picked them up. Much better places around for your companions, MUCH BETTER. Wish I had better things to say, but I just am not able to. Owner was friendly enough, just needs more help to keep the place sanitary. My pups were literally traumatized for a few days.
