Customer service needs to be better. Should not have multiple lights on if nobody is working a register. Was not even acknowledged by lady behind the counter at all. She acted like I wasn’t there. Cashier was polite. At this point I’ll stick to the self check out. Do better.

Service and staff is great here but the selection of merchandise is getting worse every time I go. I used to drop 500 easy in a trip, now I often leave with nothing. Buyers aren't buying what we're looking for

I had a great experience at the Hanover Kohl's today. An associate offered to help me find whatever I was looking for. Piper checked me out and was very helpful. She put my jewelry purchases in separate small bags so they wouldn't get tangled and she let me know I had a Sephora birthday gift on my card as well. I definitely recommend this Kohl's.

One register is open and people have to do self checkout. The line was better than ten deep. Getting to be as bad as Wally world. Won't shop here again. They didn't offer vacation or benefits for doing their job. Typical response from corporate below. They want to blame it on the Hanover store and "share my thoughts". I'm pretty sure the local store had nothing to do with corporate deciding to have the self check-out registers installed. Share what you want, I won't be back!!

At my last visit to Kohls, a young lady by the name of Lily gave me a 25% off my purchase since my Kohls cash had already been used. I really appreciated her doing that.
