I have spent about 200 dollars a month in the Hanover Store for the past couple years. I own and make stove towels to sell. I buy all my fabrics, notions, etc from them. If I need an answer to something, the girls are all very helpful. I live near Gettysburg, just wish we had a Joanne's in Gettysburg. But no matter what I will continue to patronize the Hanover Store. To me I think a friendly face is very important. Maybe someday the workers are not feeling well, so we have to put ourselves in their shoes. God Bless you all

This is a fine place to head to for craft/art project supplies. They have a good variety of items. Sometimes it hit or miss, or a price is a little out of my budget, but other than that it's perfect. It's really the only local craft store in Hanover that I know of. They also have an app with coupon, which I do use as much as I can!They also seem to always be running some kind of deal or discount on some items. The staff have always been friendly and helpful if you need. It's definitely a great place to go.

I can't wait to go back and get more fabric! They have s good selection!!! Especially with the RAVENS!!! PLUS no wait in line!!! They also had good sales and a nice clearance section!!

Everyone is friendly and my online pick up order was ready fairly quickly. I like to check out the clearance corner way in the back, never know what you'll find.

Store is smaller than many other Joanns. It's usually pretty clean and organized aside from the sale fabric and clearance. Staff is always helpful, sometimes they cut the fabric a bit wonky depending on how busy they are.

I applaud the abilities of the staff.
This store has 2 employees maybe 3. Long lines are constant, not sure why Joanns isn’t offering higher wages or better hours or whatever to compete with other craft stores, but this particular location has been keeping up the best they can.
I now order online after scanning the barcodes of all my favorite items on the app and adding them to my shopping list when I need them. It helps cut down my time and theirs, and I pick it up at the curb side.
I hope everyone who is a fan will keep up with the times and do their part to help cut down on stress in the store.

Huge variety of fabric selection and they usually have sales or discounts. I got the fabric for my head wrap from here.

Very nice experience. The people were friendly, kind, congenial and knowledgeable. They helped me a lot. They have a variety of Yarns and sewing supplies and fabrics just about anything you could think of and if they don't have it in the store you can order it online and do a curbside pickup or have it shipped to your house. They also have discount coupons. Handicapped accessible to. They have a manual wheelchair with a basket on the front that you can use just call ahead and I'll put it between the doors for you. I'm a fairly large lady and I fit in it fine.

There prices have went up too much so I now to get fabric from the quilt shop that is much better fabric for the same price of cheap made fabric from joann's & they only put out good coupons when everything in the store is already on sale so you only get the sale price not the 40 or the 50% off I don't shop hobby lobby anymore either since they did away with the 40% off coupon
