Went in late in a Saturday... test drove a Tucson Hybrid Limited. No one else had hybrids in stock.. drove it, loved it... had to sleep on it... went back on Monday and bought the truck. Very professional, no pressure.

I took my e-Kona for service. Dave was awesome, service was on time and fast! Might not be the fanciest waiting room but certainly adequate -- TV, Wi-Fi, free water, coffee and Utz snacks and the attentiveness of the team more than made up for the lack of glitz. Even if they weren't the closest to home, I'm glad I stumbled on them. Will be keeping up my service there and if I need a new vehicle, I know where to start looking!

I had a great experience with Erik. Paid for my vehicle without any back and forth and everything was very upfront. Very happy with the vehicle a week in. I would recommend the dealership for a vehicle purchase.

BEWARE OF SCAM. They add a $499 Security Guard Insurance on the cars they sell. It is a scam because it is supposed to be "OPTIONAL", but they don't disclose it or tell you it's optional. They hide it in the cost of the car without specifying this extra cost as optional. By law, they also need to disclose this on the sticker price of the car, but when I bought my car, the sticker price of the car wasn't on the window.Please protect yourself and save some money by not agreeing to this "optional" cost. I'm about to report them to the BBB and consumer affairs.

Decided to stop at the dealership while was on a trip from Virginia. Wanted to determine if they had some tires in stock that would be a good match.After speaking with Sam back at the service department selected some tires that were a good match with regard to price and warranty.He went above and beyond to check with the warehouse and verify that they would arrive by 11AM the next day.The next day after a brief delay the crew at Hanover Hyundai on Carlisle Street had the tires mounted and balanced.It was necessary to change to a different brand and model of tires and in order to prove to me that they were still good tires Rick of the service department brought up reviews on his computer and explained to me the reviews people completed about the tires. Rick also mentioned his own customer experience with the tires we were talking about.These men have a lot of people bringing their vehicles in and my guess is that it's the service they provide which includes the fact that they actually follow directions about specific requests.If you need work done on your Hyundai - would absolutely recommend you go and talk to the people at the dealership on Carlisle St..
