I'm not pleased with my stay this time, and I'm sure I won't be coming back. The bed is not very comfortable, but it's probably OK for most people. Can't keep the light on in the bathroom while sleeping because one switch controls the light and a noisy exhaust fan. Oh, AC compressor also noisy. So, this morning my lovely partner goes into the bathroom to find a wet toilet seat, and a pool of water on the floor. The water was coming from above us, so I call the front desk, and she says she will find out what happened. She sends a guy to the room with 2 towels, and said he'll be back with more towels... yep, no call back, and no more towels. Out the door we go, with no one available at the front desk. Adios HI Express Hanover!!

This is a great hotel. It's an older Holiday Inn Express. Not updated like the newer ones, but honestly, it doesn't need it. They keep that place spotless and well maintained. If I didn't stay in Holiday Inn's all the time I wouldn't even be able to notice it hadn't been updated. Some of the areas look newer, like the hallways, but the rooms are definitely the older style. I prefer the older look anyway. Much more cozy. Our room was immaculate. Brooklyn was the one who cleaned our room from what the card in the room said, and wow! I have never been in a hotel room that clean. No dust, no crumbs, no smudges, no hair, nothing. Great job! Kelly at the front desk was wonderful as well. Super friendly, personable, and helpful. Helped me get into a room that best suited my needs for the night and made sure all of our questions were answered. We will definitely be back when we return to the area.

The handicap accessible bathroom was very well done. My wife was able to roll in, there was a sturdy bath chair, there was a rubber lip that kept the water in but that didn’t obstruct the wheels. There was a hand-held shower head and there was soap and shampoo in pump containers attached to the wall. All towel racks were low enough to reach from a seated position. Very well done.

I also did see humidifiers but i do understand that in a hotel leaks and stuff happens and not always caught immediately. My room was immaculate! Sharadin helped me so much yesterday it blew my mind the level of customer service she has. She also gave me great food recommendations in the local community. Tammy was also a great delight this morning. I would highly recommend staying here and couldn’t ask for a better holiday in team

There was a dehumidifier in the hallway. The toom smelled like mold. Pulled up the mattress and found mold on the box spring mattress apron in between the mattress and boc spring. Bathroom in room needs better ventilation. There was an old coffee Keurig pod still in the coffee maker when we got there. Gross! Breakfast was ok. Not good or great. Waffle maker was broken. We were also never welcomed at breakfast even though there were staff. Our daughter spilled something and they were nice aboit cleaning it up. At breakfast, there was a man blocking the tv because he was changing a bulb. We wanted to watch the weather channel because pf the FL, Ft. Myres flooding. He never spoke to us. He was focused on the fix. It would have been nice if he had at leats acknowledged us. Overall, not happy with the toom or stay and the prices were extremely marked ip due to the Apple Festival even though that was a bust because of the rain. Prices were marked up by $50-$75 a night hugher than another time. Should have stayed at the Hilton for that price and had a better room,

Stayed here for our cousins wedding and it was enjoyable. We normally stay at Hilton hotels but I think IHG has come a long way. They are currently under construction from what the note at the entrance of the lobby. We didn’t see much or hear much which is good considering we arrived there early Friday afternoon.Dining room is ample, rooms are nicely updated and the best part is that they have great water pressure!!!Tv in our room had great cable channels to watch and no extra fee.Nice size mini fridge with a microwave.Writing desk and a sitting chair with ottoman to read a book. I was definitely impressed since my husband and I travel for work every now and then so it means a lot. Remember it’s not a 5 star luxury $2000.00 a night hotel but for simple stays it’s great. For the people who seem to forget toiletries all the time, they provide Dove body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash that’s attached to the shower wall yay!!!Only negative thing they didn’t have was a safe for our expensive watches and jewelry.Bed had a med weight down comforter, nice down pillows.Thermostat that worked very well but a bit loud.Ice and vending machines by the elevator.Complementary breakfast that was so delicious!!! They set out a hot bar with Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cinnamon rolls, automated pancake maker that makes pancakes in 2 mins.Cereal bar, fridge stocked with milk and juices.Exercise room that was clean.Best of all, the staff was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating!!!

Sharadin was the young lady that helped us. The power at our house went out in Westminster so we decided to get a hotel for the night since it was still out. We both my boyfriend and I just got off work he works outside all day and I’m in and outside so we were exhausted from the heat. She recommended some places local to eat and was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Stayed two nights over the weekend. The King Room was very spacious, clean, and welcoming. The hotel itself was very busy but the staff was great and the breakfast is definitely worth checking out.

Nice place to stay. Clean, friendly staff, close to restaurants and solid breakfast. They easily accommodated an extra night's stay when weather made it dangerous to travel. Mia, at the front desk, was so helpful when my daughter thought she had left her smart watch behind -- crisis averted. :) Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. The staff was cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and the water pressure and hot water availability excellent. We appreciated being able to get fresh fruit from the breakfast bar. Will definitely try to stay here again the next time we are in town.March 2021 update: Stayed at this hotel again. Had to change rooms because we found a child's toy in the first one and questioned how thoroughly the room had actually been cleaned. Second room was fine save for a stained washcloth. Lots of noisy drunks staying at the hotel this time around which wasn't pleasant. Wish they could move the smoking area further away from the front door.

We stayed here tonight and had an excellent stay. The room was clean but there was a slight musty smell but I don't believe there's anything that can be done about that anyway. Hot breakfast was not provided due to COVID-19. Front desk staff was nice. The location is kind of weird it's behind a Hampton Inn. The lobby was exquisite which is surprising for a Holiday Inn Express express. We're actually going to stay here again in another two weeks.
