A great experience while helping our daughter with her first car purchase. Travis and Jesse were a great no pressure team. They both truly went out of their way to make the experience fun, going to extra trouble to let us go home with the car the same day, despite out of state requirements. We appreciate the family focused atmosphere. Will definitely be back for the next VW purchase!

I called to enquire about a vehicle they had listed on their site that specifically stated to call for pricing. TWICE. No one there could answer if the vehicle was properly inspected (has a unique engine with specific problems) or the asking price. I had been told that the sales manager responsible for pricing used cars was not in and that they'd get back to me. A few days go by and no return call. Ok, fine. I'll call back... I called back. The person I spoke with next apologized that she wasn't sure what inspection the car had undergone and that she'd find out that information and try to get a price for me within the next couple hours. Again, its been days. If you put an enthusiast car up on your site and then list it as "CALL FOR PRICE", you should expect that people will: 1- Call for the price and 2- Will want to know the full condition of the vehicle that you're trying to sell. I guess Hanover VW doesn't want to sell me a Porsche.

This dealership sucks, they deserve 0 stars. They will claim that there is nothing wrong with the car without even test driving it, or looking any further into the situation. Has happened to multiple people I know. They will then try to collect a service fee. For what service?
Edit: They can try to respond like they care for good PR but it’s all a front, the service department is absolute trash and management as well.

My husband and I saw a used Honda online at Hanover Volkswagen. This car dealership is 3.5 hours away from our home. We called the sales department and were partnered with Megan.
Megan was great to work with! She was friendly. She was knowledgeable. She was very professional. We explained over the phone that we had a trade in, and Megan and the General Sales Manager Jesse, made sure we had everything we needed to make our deal go smoothly.
Fast forward a week, we got a thank you card in the mail. This just goes to show how great this company is. You’re not just a sales goal that month.

I was in & out on Saturday in a very timely manner when I bought this 2024 Tiguan. Everyone was polite & helpful when it came to dealing with me. Jordan & Sam (I believe) went above & beyond. I’m satisfied with my experience so far.

I recently bought a car from Hanover Volkswagen, and I have to say Jesse (General Sales Manager) and Travis (Senior Volkswagen Product Specialist) were awesome to work with. They helped navigate the buying process easily and efficient and ensured every detail was covered. They went above and beyond to get my new car ready to go and accommodated our crazy schedule to get all the paperwork taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend Hanover Volkswagen.

I bought a new golf VW here from Jordan Moreno in sales and had to do it from out of state due to availability of the car.
Jordan was extremely helpful in not only answering my numerous questions about the car but also setting up the delivery of the car to my home state as well as mailing all documents quickly to me for signing.
He communicated with me immediately and constantly through e-mail and phone to keep me up to date and the overall experience was excellent.
I would highly recommend Jordan and Hanover VW if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

I recently leased a VW for the first time. All I can say is go with Toyota, Honda, anything but VW, especially in Hanover.
I just moved back to the area and called the Hanover dealership regarding issues with my car. I called three times and no one answered the phone during normal business hours. When I was finally able to reach the service person they said I was not a good fit as a customer all because I preferred to schedule an in-person appointment rather than describe a variety of concerns over the phone.
I asked to speak with a manager and I was hung up on.
