I’ve never had problems with Hanover Toyota service in Hanover. However, after today’s experience I will NEVER come back. I had this appointment for over 2 weeks now. It had on the appointment that I drive a Nissan and that my appointment time was 10:00, and that I’d be waiting. So tell me why do I have to wait2 1/2 hours for a job that can be done in 45 minutes? Then the one girl comes out and sees me looking. She said they’re doing your car now, they we’re having trouble finding an oil filter for Nissans. SERIOUSLY??? So then I have to wait another 30 minutes or so. Not very good customer service

Already had a feeling, that this would be a bad service. Tell me to have an oil change and multipoint inspection and tire rotation done in 10 minutes that's a lie, Change the maintenance sticker from 24000 to 28000 yet state oil change needs to be paid separately out of pocket not apart of my package deal. Only to not change the oil but update the sticker. One thing about a Toyota Hylander the truck will let you know when the oil change is needed. Had to take it to another mechanic. Shame with these dealerships can't trust no one this day and time.

First time taking my Toyota Corolla in for an inspection here and the service center took great car of my car. They helped diagnosed my car and fix it with quality parts, they kept me updated regularly and had it looking and running good as new. I'll definitely be bring my car back here for it's inspections.
