Tyler Jones was great, no pressure from him or the dealership at all. Very friendly and easy to talk to. We felt like Tyler was genuine, which can be hard to come by at a car dealership these days. He offered to spend extra time with us and show us all the features of our new Rogue. Overall very happy with our experience with Hanover Nissan and Tyler!

I had to get a new key fob for my vehicle and their service was excellent, from setting up the appointment to the actual appointment day. They were friendly and very fast.

Admir was a good salesman. Everything went smooth and was overall a good experience. The car I bought is very nice and clean and well kept. Nissans own loaning institution makes financing easy and not a head ache with their low Apr rates and fast response times. I had zero complications with getting insurance either.

Disappointed again. Thought I would give the dealer a go, bad idea. I paid for an oil change with multi point inspection, but all I got was an oil change. I hope!Asked them to diagnose a sound the car IS making. $100. They tell me-'There is no sound' Wrong answer! Nissan can't diagnose its own vehicles!!

Admir is a class act, and an expert in his field. I was looking to get out of my uncomfortable jeep, and he took great care of me. He was able to work up an excellent deal on a beautiful new Altima. He showed me new and used and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Nissan normally would not have been on my radar, but for the price and the amenities, I would look here for your next car!

I took my nissan versa when the check engine light was on. They did the work and kept me well informed. Even reached out to the warranty and enterprise where I purchased the car. They are truly amazing. All staff members were friendly and helpful. A huge shout out to Blaine! He was absolutely amazing through the whole process!

Bought my Altima back in 2019, salesman Jon Volpe was great. I purchased the Nano Forcefield coating but unfortunately I had to move states away shortly after for work & could not get it applied. I called to get a refund for the Nano Forcefield coating & was told it is non-refundable(which I was not made aware of by the person in finance at the time of purchase). I find it absurd that I can't get a refund for a service that was never done. I know for a fact another local dealership has similar coating & they refund the customer after 90 days if the service hasn't been done.
