My service was performed in a timely manner, and everyone was friendly and accommodating to all my questions. I was kept informed of my vehicle's status throughout and the work was performed cleanly and efficiently. Everyone I interacted with (in Service, Parts, and Sales) was helpful, and had great, positive attitudes.

This dealership's service department is excellent. I was in town to see my Mom for Thanksgiving when my 2019 Tuscon's check engine light came on. They were able to fit me in on a busy day, got my car diagnosed, and repaired in just a couple hours. Part of the repairs were even done under warranty. John in the service department was kind and extremely helpful.

I have been shopping for a car for a couple weeks now and no one has rivaled Terry at Jack Giambalvo for knowledge & transparency. More importantly she has been very patient and willing to answer any questions I had regarding what is a very large purchase. We unfortunately hit an impasse as I am out of state and the RMV here is a notorious pain to deal with. Even though we couldn't come to a sale, Terry continued to provide feedback on my questions and I only wish we had someone locally who could help more people through their buying journey. Best of luck to shoppers out there, ask for Terry and you'll be in good hands!

The management, finance and sales were great. Terry (Teresa, my salesperson) was definite stand out and above salesperson at Jack Giambalvo Hyundai. Courteous, Professional and answered my questions. Couldn't ask for someone better. Even picked me up to check out car I picked and bought. I'd buy again from them in a heartbeat. Love my car and Jack Giambalvo Hyundai of Hanover.

Overall a decent experience, but I've had better. Salesman was friendly and helpful, but sales mgr and finance mgr had limited engagement with me. Paperwork and review time was limited and I should have slowed the process down to examine the docs in detail. Very disappointed that the 0% financing Hyundai promotes was very exclusive to qualify for, and seemed very bait and switch to get me into the process.

I just would never recommend this place. Beware of eric as your sales man only interested in making money off you and will tell you everything under the sun, i would suggest going with someone else. Better to find a better reputable dealer than this place. If i could give a negative review totally would on this place. You will not get anywhere with the managers it's pathetic.

Prior to this occasion, I have bought 22 vehicles in my life. This experience with Theresa Francis at Jack Giambalvo (JG) was far and above my most enjoyable. Her communication was professional, straightforward, responsive, trustworthy, courteous, and friendly. We reside in Virginia and the purchase was conducted via telephone and email communication. I was committed and attempted to purchase the same vehicle from a Dealer in Va who frequently didn't follow-up as promised. The JG Dealership had a Mayberry (small town) atmosphere and I felt welcome upon arrival for pick-up. The cost of the vehicle was quite comparable to the offerings in Va. I also traded in a vehicle during the purchase and JG trade in value was consistent on the high end to those offered in Virginia. Overall, JG Dealership would be my first option of search if I was ever in the market for another vehicle purchase. Lastly, we are ecstatic with our new vehicle purchase -- Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. From our perspective, given the price, this sedan offers significant features, advanced technology, luxury, fuel economy, and quality history than others researched. I never imagined that I would EVER give a 5.O rating for a car dealership. In this instance, Theresa Francis and Jack Giambalvo warrant this rating for both service and vehicle quality.

When I decided to move from Philly to the Hanover area, I intentionally held off buying a new car before my move. I knew moving to a new area would have enough hassles without trying to find a new mechanic.Once I was settled here I went to Jack Giambalvo Hyundai and bought a new Santa Fe off the lot. I chose the dealer and vehicle because they said they would handle inspections and regular maintenance as part of the purchase.That was true for the first year, but since then its been impossible to get a service appointment in a reasonable length of time. At the beginning of August, I tried to schedule my inspection since it expired August 31. The soonest they offered was mid-September and since I didn't feel comfortable driving a car after its inspection sticker expired, I found a shop that could do it in 3 days. (Thanks Codorus Service Center! You were great!)I even left voicemail for my salesperson - weeks ago - to see what can be done and find out if this is a temporary problem, but she didn't even bother to call me back.It's clear that customer service is not a priority for this dealership. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for your car-buying needs.

Went in late in a Saturday... test drove a Tucson Hybrid Limited. No one else had hybrids in stock.. drove it, loved it... had to sleep on it... went back on Monday and bought the truck. Very professional, no pressure.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service all around. They showed no compassion with our vehicle what so ever. I do not recommend this location at all! They forgot to do our oil change at our 15,000 mile maintenance appointment which included an oil change. When we took it back in for the “oil change” (I use that term lightly) they basically just dumped oil into the engine bay. So sloppy, no respect, and it left oil all over our garage. We will not be taking our vehicle back here.
