What an amazing experience. Kim bankert was outstanding!!! I can't say enough about her. from first phone call to saying good night she was absolutely amazing. no pressure, left us take our time. answer text messages. I never bought a car that you weren't there for hours. hour and half tops. highly recommend the dealership. everyone was so friendly.

Service advisor Angie was phenomally helpful, and informative, she took wonderful care of us while our car was in need of a whole new engine. Through the warranty process, to the rental process, to the small hiccup of us not being able to find the spline key for our rims, there was not one time that I was unsatisfied with our experience here! We just couldn't have asked for better service from Angie and the entire team at Giambalvo Hyundai of Hanover! We thank you all sincerely for everything you did for us!

It wasn’t by choice that I went looking for a new car, but, it is what it is. Our salesman Erik Breihof greeted us as we were looking around the lot. He was very knowledgable about all of the models on the lot. The whole process went much faster and smoother than any other car buying experience I had ever had before. The whole team of people we met that day were very helpful! I would definitely recommend them for buying a new or used vehicle!

Angie in your service department went above & beyond to accommodate me recently when my new ‘24 Tucson Hybrid air conditioning was not working. After the 3rd time bringing it in & my being unsure if they’d really fixed the problem, I was very hesitant to even take it on vacation. Angie arranged for me to drive a new Sonata to a pre-planned weekend vacation to Ocean City. I’d had & loved a Sonata hybrid, never had 1 problem with it but traded it for this new Tuscon which I also love! Wanted an SUV & this was it. So that vehicle was more than satisfactory & very comfortable for the family & luggage. My past experiences with the service department, specifically Angie, Nevin & a tall, thin gentleman, were nothing but professional & I am thankful for their continued interest in wanting to please the customer, specifically me. When I returned, the part came in the following day & I had my car back within 24 hours. No problems since & in these 90+ degree days, having good, working A/C is not optional! ?

Noah was very pleasant & very much in-tuned to our needs & wants. He found our desired vehicle & was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects regarding it. It seemed, as if, the entire office personnel helped to complete the documentation, as quickly as possible. We drove away in our new vehicle... smiling!

I contacted them and requested information on leasing and buying a specific type of vehicle. They responded by email saying they would send the information. Well 3 weeks and 5 promises of sending the information, I am still waiting. Pretty sure this is not how you do business.

Kim Bankert was our sales representative, and she was absolutely amazing! She insured that my girlfriend was completely satisfied with her purchase. We were shopping for a new car after ours was totaled in a car accident, and Kim made sure that we received quality customer service at the highest standard. Not only was she professional, but she was friendly and approachable. She understood our needs, and when we found a car that had a few cosmetic defects, but was perfect otherwise, she insured that car would be taken into the shop and touched up, just so that we were satisfied fully with our purchase. She made sure that we got the rates that we were looking for, and that everything we needed was covered before we left the lot in our KIa Forte GT. I recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. She'll absolutely take care of you!

What wonderful customer service in their service area. My vehicle is a Hyundai but was purchased elsewhere. After getting brushed off from where I purchased it, I am actually thankful for that because this is how you treat a customer. Thank you Jack Giambalvo Hyundai!

I usually use the Towson service center; however, this Hanover location was so much better. I didn’t have to wait months with my check engine light on before being seen. They actually called to update me on the vehicle. Overall so much happier taking my car here.

Drove there in a ‘15 Sonata Hybrid with 99k miles! Knew I wanted a new one, an SUV & Kim & Cody sold me on a ‘24 Tucson Hybrid & I absolutely love it. Knew I wanted only another Hybrid too! Great new car percs, sales & service departments! Ask for Kim in Sales! So accommodating & on top of everything. She took the time I needed & it was a lot, to get comfortable with the features & never made me feel rushed. Angie & Nevin in Service, the best. You won’t be sorry!
