the facility is great. most of the staff is kind and helpful. blond lady in charge was very rude, dismissive. she is the sole reason I will not return.

The pulmonary Dr stopped filling my prescription for providual without notice because my psychiatric Dr started me on Ritalin 4 months ago. Now today I have to tell my psychiatrist the pulmonary Dr said he is to fill my providual.
