Very pleased with vehicle purchase at Apple of Hanover. Joe Nagel made the car buying process easy. He provided thorough explanations and followed through on every item that we discussed. Joe made a punch list of items to review at my request and he ensured each item was fully addressed. Also important was the no sales pressure environment. Joe went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service before and after I made the purchase.I also worked with Matt Bardolf, the general manager of the dealership. He took the time to understand my car purchase priorities and found creative solutions to ensure that my expectations were exceeded. My purchase of a Honda certified vehicle felt like I was buying a brand new car. He even detailed my vehicle himself prior to delivery and arranged shuttle service to make the process as easy as possible.Matt and Joe earned a solid 5/5 stars. I will certainly be recommending the dealership to my friends and family in the future.

I love my new jeep but the service has been stressful. I had the car for 3 days and the check engine light came on. I have had the car for less than two months and have had to make multiple trip back and forth to the dealer for minor issues. There is lack of consistency with the customer support and I am suspicious that it is racial motivated. I feel run around and not taken seriously. If you are a busy person i would think twice about buying a car here. You will have to take multiple half days off work to come to the dealership for simple repairs. They are very friendly but not helpful.

I can't say enough about Apple Honda! I had a horrible experience with another dealership that still hasn't given me an answer after 6 days of waiting, I called Micheal Ogle crying and within minutes I was approved! He was super understanding, even coming to pick me up since the engine blew in my car so I didn't have to walk. Everyone at this dealership was super nice & really worked with me. I won't go anywhere else from now on! Thank you so much for giving this single Momma of two a chance & helping me out!

Had a more than great experience here at Apple Honda of Hanover. I am beyond grateful for Thaddeus who helped get me the perfect car! He was SO extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He really took his time to help me get into the kinda car I wanted after a very stressful few days of car shopping at other dealerships. I will forever be grateful and will be reaching out to him again in the future if I'm ever in need again. :) Thanks again, Thaddeus! You DA besttt!

We had to have some wiring repaired after a squirrel got under the hood of our CRV. Apple Honda was able to repair the wires at what we thought was a reasonable cost, but charged us for a full roll of protective rodent tape (nearly $60) when only about 2 inches was used on our car. When we asked to have the rest of the roll sent to us, they said they would but never did.

We bought a car with Apple Honda Hanover back in July. We agreed on a down payment and purchased the car.A month later we received a large check from them for the Gap coverage on our previous vehicle.Two months later that are asking for that money back. Apparently when we were applying for the loan, Apple saw that we had money due to us and planned to use that GAP money towards our down payment. We were never told and never agreed to these extra funds being applied to the new car loan.It’s partially on us for not reading all 45+ pages at the time of signing of our agreement, but it’s also very poor business practice to not let us know that money that was owed to us would be applied to the new car without our knowledge.I will also add that the money from the GAP coverage on the car was for a car that was sold over a year ago, so those funds were kept from us for over a year. This was money owed to US and we should have been able to make the decision ourselves as to how this money was spent without it being applied to our new down payment without our knowledge.

I want to give a shout out to the Apple Honda Hanover crew for another GREAT experience. I leased a 2022 Honda Accord Sport from Apple Honda back in February 2022. Its was good but I wanted a truck so I reached out to the Apple Honda of Hanover Family again on any deals and let me tell you they did not disappoint. I just can’t say enough about the entire team at Apple Honda of Hanover!TBH, I had a unique and complicated situation involving trading in a couple cars and buying a new one. I asked for help from Matt who’s the GM and he made the process seamless and easy. The sales team and finance department are awesome too! This will be my second car buying from Terry. He’s just so patient, absolutely no pressure and knowledgeable.If you decide that you want a Honda for your next car (who wouldn’t?) AND you want a no pressure experience in buying and or trading in your next car go to Apple ? Honda in Hanover.

After visiting a few dealerships trying to find a new car I found a few at 2 dealerships. After speaking with both dealerships I ended up going to Apple Honda to purchase my new SUV. When one of the vehicles I liked was already spoken for I told the sales person I was working with -Casey - what I was looking for and he took the time to research a few options for me. By the time I arrived back at the dealership he walked me around the lot to the vehicles he found that met my “needs” to be sure I had the opportunity to make the best decision. Although I completely wasted time because I chose the first vehicle he showed me anyway, he did not make me feel like I was difficult to work with at all. He took his time, wasn’t pushy, made the experience comfortable and even called the next day to ask how everything was and make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns.Everyone I spoke to while at the dealership was extremely personable and well spoken. The car buying experience is appreciated and definitely stands out from other dealerships.

I worked with Thaddeus and he was great! I purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass. He was very knowledgeable about the car and very respectful. Not pushy at all like some salesmen are. I would recommend Hanover Honda for sure!

Bought a used Odyssey and wanted to get it inspected, checked out, and tuned up. Received excellent customer service, from scheduling and getting answers to various questions and concerns over the phone (this made an excellent first impression, so thank you for your time and keep up the great work, it makes a huge difference) to day of service (Jayden did a tremendous job walking us through each step--he truly went above and beyond with helpful, well-explained communication and assistance several times throughout the day as various issues were addressed). Respectful and patient customer service really shines here,and is greatly appreciated. The work done on the vehicle was skilled, efficient, and effective, and the van drives great. Would recommend and return for future maintenance based on our initial experience here.
