Don't ever email your Dr at any Hanover Family Practice , you think it is private when in fact administrator Michael V reads them all- your privacy is seriously violated at this practice. I was asked to send a picture of my lymes rash to a secretary/nurses personal phone which is violation of HIPPA laws. When I refused because I wasn't interested in internet medical care and said I would treat my lymes myself I was discharged from the practive though the dr sent in prescription for antibiotics without ever seeing my lymes rash in personTick not removed- it is on my back I can't reach. I am sure Michael V will charge me for services because I emailed the Dr. Be very careful with this practice and your HIPPA rights dischargefrom the practice.from the practice.

Dr. Lunsford, Jason Zinn, Dr. Rein, and the staff at Hanover Family Practice are everything I wanted in a family doctor. My teenaged children and myself have seen Jason for the 8 yrs we’ve been here in Hanover and the care we’ve have received has been exceptional. I truly couldn’t ask for a more caring office to call when my family is sick. Thank you Hanover Family Practice!!!

You can't ask for a better place everyone is so sweet and the docters are fantastic they take the time to get to know you and makes you feel at home honest I think that docter John and docter Jason are the best docters I've ever known

They dismissed us but we never received a letter and would not change their minds no matter what we tried. Not very forgiving, does not work with you at a certain point. Had been going there my entirely life as well as my parents had been going and being a repeat customer or family member did not matter. did not talk to us or return my calls about incident. Treated us like a paycheck over 130$ that i wanted to pay in cash at the building for a service for my 2 year old. they would not take us back.

I’ve been a patient there since 2010. Dr. Lunsford and Jason treat me well. I highly recommend Hanover Family Practice on Clover Lane in Hanover Pa.

I've worked with this practice for over a week and I'm very happy that they're so nice, eclectic yet very professional in their work and service. You can just tell by the sheer number of patients dropping off food and goodies that they truly appreciate their doctors. I have never in seven years seen a practice that was so beloved by their patients. The staff, both clinical and front desk, are some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with. The providers and their awesome bedside manner are very festive/witty yet very professional. I wish they were my primary care, they are that good. I would say, do whatever you can to be their patient - you will never regret it. Dr. Lunsford, Dr. Rein & PA - Zinn. Ms.Ann, Ms. Cara, Ms. Molly, Ms. Dixie, Ms Mindi, Ms. Alisha, Ms. Peggy!!! .... and all the other staff/reps/affiliates.
