Prescriptions are filled promptly. Does a better job than CVS In filling rx faster and on time. Dr. faxed in prescriptions and they were ready in 20 min.

Always an issue when I ask questions of why things are being handled the way they are I get major attitude. I get there are rules from insurance companies however if you know they can’t be filled till tomorrow then why wouldn’t I be first on the morning list since I’m relocating permanently tomorrow to another state instead of telling me you are short staffed and don’t know when they will be done. So great I get to go without my medicine now because you can’t roll over today’s issue to first thing in the morning. Unreal. So glad to be moving and finding a descent pharmacy. Just cause I ask questions about things I don’t understand I don’t need your attitude

I am always greeted with a smile and my prescriptions are always ready quickly. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and friendly. I always find other products that are handy while I am waiting. It is a great go to for many over the counter medications at reasonable prices.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Myself, husband, and 2 children all use Hanover Apothecary. Majority of staff are amazing, courteous, and knowledgeable! I will warn that there is 1 tech in there that mostly is terrible to deal with! However I will not fault the rest of the staff because of 1 bad apple that shouldn't be dealing with customers.
