Items are very over priced. I found a small blow up 3 ring baby pool with a sticker price of $3.00 . Went to the register and employee said that was the yardsale price, Goodwill price was $9.99. Mind you they received this item for free. I said that is the price for a new pool new at Walmart. Maybe check the price, employee said good luck it will be $25.00 at Walmart. I picked up the same pool at Walmart for $12.00. So Good luck Goodwill selling your used donated pool for $9.99.

I enjoy going to this goodwill location and have found several good finds here. They have a good assortment of clothing, and kitchen ware/ knick knacks, pretty standard for a goodwill, staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean and there are 3 dressing rooms

The store is neat and organized.
Prices are okay. A little on the high side.
My complaint is that I found an item without a sticker and they refused to sell it to me.
I have never had that happen to me at any other Goodwill in the country (I can think of at least 12 states where I have shopped at a Goodwill). The manager said that she was not allowed to price the item. It's the most ridiculous response I have ever heard. I am quite upset that I was not able to purchase the unique item I found for such a terrible customer service reason.

One of their employees came into my store with a buddy on Sunday and tried to steal. When caught he his behind his buddy who "apologized for the inconvenience." Since when is theft an "inconvenience" and not a crime? This location is close to my store and thus far Goodwill has done about this criminal.

It’s a great place for second hand everything but I just wish the shoes were more organized at goodwill in general

“eBay pricing”
Everything in the glass case by the registers is priced “according to current prices on eBay by the manager” a store employee told me. I asked him because they have items that a member of the community DONATED for other people to enjoy, priced absolutely ridiculous. The employee couldn’t agree more, stating 200$ for 8 plates that were donated, and this manager slaps a 200 dollar sticker on them… people like this literally defeat the entire purpose of goodwill. This isn’t eBay, this isn’t a thrift shop as much as you wish it to be. I’ll never be donating a damn thing here, the idiot running the store is running it straight into the ground. I’ll take my donations to the community aid ??

It is a shame that they can sell damaged and unusable items that were donated to them but not take it back if it is noticed after the item is purchased. I thought there was a quality control group to inspect and price items but now they do the pricing regardless of condition and it is up to the consumer to inspect thoroughly and if anything is missed, it is their loss. It is really sad that management will lose their jobs if they adjust prices because of condition, can’t sell items without a price, and will lose their jobs if they take back an item that is damaged - these are all items they receive for free. I can only hope for the community that those in charge start to care more about their consumers than their profits because it costs me something to have to put a purchase in the trash because it didn’t work when it got home or it has a hole that I missed in the store, but it would have cost them absolutely nothing to have taken it back since they got it for free. I definitely miss the old Goodwill and I doubt that those in charge will ever read this but other shoppers will.

The place was only good when they first opened there but now it’s a joke. The things in there are so over priced that you can buy them online used at a bargain. I stop in the store once in awhile thinking I could find a deal but all I see over price things and they don’t even give you a bag when you purchase items. They just want to sell you a bag the store is a joke.

It is a store that you must visit to buy second-hand items, electronics, clothes, toys, jackets, shoes, etc.
