Make sure the doctor called in my prescription an hour in advance. Giant claims they never got it. Thankfully I brought the prescription paper. They told me half an hour to fill my prescription. Walked around the store, after half an hour they tell me another 10 minutes.

Nice presentation, excellent selection, large produce section. They have several food bars, an olive section, wide selection in the Deli, prepared food and meals. I find the bulk bacon is as close to homemade as I have found and has a good price on it. Good Bakery. Get a Club Card for additional savings and BOGO deals. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for?

I have tried several times to get my husband his booster vaccine we epic fail !!! We walked in to pharmacy because I after calling there they say they take walk ins but the pharmacist said we had to make a appointment ??♀️ we asked if they had them in stock she replied yes ,plenty. after going home and trying to make appointment o by phone qst it said they were having difficulty with system to go on line to make appointment!!! So we did and it wouldn't allow us to , it said call your pharmacist ? So I called them pharmacist tells me you must use a computer not your phone to make appointment. how are people who don't have a computer supposed to get vaccinated???? They were rude and said they were busy and couldn't do anymore to help us. Thanks for nothing we will not be using giant Pharmacy ever again.

My father-in-law loves your dark meat chicken. We noticed a carton has increased in cost by $1.00. Even on a fixed income, we will continue to buy it for him. There was only one dark meat carton today. And plenty of the other. Please get more packed up and laid out for quick pickup. This store is always clean, often well-stocked, and full of yellow-sticker markdown deals. Hubby and I bought ham and cheese sliders, 3 each for $2.49 for a pack of three. Tasty, fresh, and luckily we had our own mustard packets in the car. We bought green tea and a bottle of chocolate milk. We had a car picnic, since it was in the 40's outside. We purchased storebrand potato chips that were a bargain, and boxes of a wide variety of Triscuits crackers for $1.99 per box. Storemade kaiser rolls were on sale and were enjoyed at dinnertime.. Only thing missing from shelves was hubby's favorite Chicken n Biscuit crackers; not my Forte, but his. We had a good shopping trip today, and plenty wide aisles promoted social distancing. Thank you!

Today, I made a quick stop at the Giant Store on Baltimore Pike. As always, I stop in for a few items and end up going out with additional items. I noticed your Maier's Premium Italian bread was on special as a BOGO. Being the only one in my household, I was disappointed that you do not discount customers buying only 1 loaf of bread. I did buy the one loaf (This Time) even through it is cheaper at other stores. I would hope your store would consider 50% discount on customers buying only 1 item of a BOGO in the future. The Weis Store, also on Baltimore Pike does honor customers buying only 1 item of a BOGO. I am disappointed in your marketing approach.

This Giant location has been mine and my families go to grocery shopping location for years now. My mother today was scolded like a child for simply walking towards an "exit only" and turning around to fix her mistake. A fat lard of a being who calls himself a man works in the beer location of the store and had the audacity to yell at my mother and scold her like a child when she was doing absolutely nothing wrong and not to mention she corrected her mistake prior to his unnecessary remarks. Not only did he feel entitled enough to scold a woman and disrespect her, but he proceeded to talk badly about my mother to the customer he was dealing with. This man has never had any shrine of decency whenever we have dealt with him in the past and I'm surprised Giant even allows him to continue working in their store. After my mother had called management and discussed this issue with them, they proceeded to tell her this was the 3rd complaint about him TODAY. Absolutely preposterous.

We lovingly call the location near the square in Hanover on Baltimore Street the "Little Giant" because it is smaller than the store on Eisenhower. This has really become my go to store. While not as large as some of the other locations, it has a terrific variety of products. I'm constantly surprised by what I can find in there. Yesterday, for example, I found a brand of spaghetti sauce that I had only been able to buy at Costco previously (and I hardly ever can make to Costco due to my distance to the closest location). In addition, I have had great success in special ordering items from the produce department. Many times, I have found the selection in this store even better than at some of the larger stores. The store is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is easy to enter and exit. I have nothing but love for my "Little Giant"!
