I have gone to the Gerrity's in Hanover and the customer service there has a lot to be desired. So many time's shopping carts are everywhere up against cars and their employees just walk right past them. I went one time and this elderly man couldn't get to his car because of shopping carts so I got out of my car and helped him. When is it ok for people to not take their shopping carts back and when is it ok for the employees to not take the carts in. I have called and asked why is ok for the employees to right past the carts and not take them in and they didn't have an answer. So I said do you want my address so you can send me my paycheck because I always take carts back into the store!!!!

Stopped today for the first time since the takeover.. it was a breath of fresh air...everything looked very nicely displayed...fresh, plentiful. The employees were very helpful. No complaints from me! I don't buy premade food or lunchmeat ... so i dont pay attention. I did notice they got cart corrals!!! Everything was good in my book!!

Since the changeover this store is horrible. Used to be well stocked with fast checkout. Now you cannot get half of what you want. Never going back

If I could post my dismay, disappointment and disgust without leaving even one star, I would. I purchased a wedding cake at the Hanover store on San Souci, only to find that after it was delivered, it was lopsided, as well as sloppily and NOT COMPLETELY frosted. All around the cake, there were gaping holes that showed the bare cardboard between the layers. Even the extra sheet cake I purchased for additional servings was also lopsided and unevenly frosted. I would warn anyone that wanted a beautiful cake for a special occasion (such as a wedding), to NOT purchase it at this store! And Donny, the store manager, was totally unprofessional and unwilling to rectify the situation.. He was completely unapologetic and did not offer to reimburse us for any of the embarrassment or cosmetic correction of that cake. NEVER AGAIN from that place!

needs younger people in their deli. got waited on by a 60 - 70 year old man and he handed me honey turkey when I asked for chicken. I was polite when I told him he made a mistake but then he brought me a half pound of chicken when I asked for a quarter pound, and it wasn't even chipped like I asked, AND it was the wrong chicken. I just walked off, I'm not wasting my time on someone with Alzheimer's

We had a bouquet and boutineer made this week. The flower department was so great with whole process. The flowers were beautiful and even helped me out since didn’t order boutineer until day of dance. Super reasonable. Will definitely use this service again!!

I was racially profiled today at your store by one of your younger female employees, never in my life have i been so embarrassed and humiliated in front of many people for trying to pay with an EBT card. the attitudes on some of your employees are horrible. and they get away with it and this store promotes it. I know now not to shop there unless your a white middle class american.

recently we got cakes and flowers from gerritys in Nanticoke, unbelievable very talented. not to mention the cakes with whooped cream icing were delicious. flowers beautiful going on 4 days roses are still beautiful. thank you one and all from gerritys.

I truly love the pastries, veggies, seafood, meats and everything else but I truly would love it if Gerrity’s can carry Soy Milk and Dairy free Yogurt such as soy yogurt.

Third cake I have got there since May. Whomever is the cake designer in the Hanover location knocks it out of the park every time. Awesome job, beautiful cakes. Very much impressed!

I ordered food online to be delivered When I called to make sure that there was one item to be on the order the woman said that it is for pickup I said NO She proceeded to be really nasty to me I asked to speak to the manager, they disconnected me. Called back got thrown around to all sorts of depts Then the manager was on the other line I explained to him the problem and he also GAVE me an attitude. Then they called my daughter to tell her that the cake that we ordered they dont do any more Well get it off of your website Instead they made this HORRID COmmunion cake that they charged almost 37 dollars for I will stand by my orignal review 7 yrs ago HORRIBLE place I will not go there any more I will travel for my food
