Freaking love them. I called to see if they had a particular shoe, which they did. They had them waiting for me.

I have shopped several times at the Harrisburg location. But when I found out there was a Hanover location while visiting family near by, I had to go. Fantastic service as always! Just a bit smaller than the Harrisburg store.

I’ve spent near 1000 dollars here the past few months. Came in today to be greeted with attitude and horrible customer service. I’ll never spend money here again. Even if it means driving 45 mins to the York skate shop while living in Hanover. The blue haired girl is the one who I had the bad experience with.

I purchased a sweatshirt from this store for my husband for Christmas. I was told that if he didn’t like it he would be able to exchange it for something else in the store. When my husband went to the store to return it, he was told by the manager that it smelled like smoke and would not allow him to exchange. We do not smoke in our home. My husband is a smoker but smokes outside. Regardless, the sweatshirt absolutely didn’t smell like cigarette smoke but I am sure my husband did and she wouldn’t allow the exchange of $60 sweatshirt. The return policy is a joke. Beware buying gifts from here as they will pick and choose what they will accept as an exchange

Not sure what's up with the grumpy other review on here, but they're not even from this state so I imagine they got this place mixed up with somewhere else. I've been going to Fishbone for years and they've always been nice. Same people have been there for EVER so they know what they're doing. It's a fun place to go because they have a bit of everything. Lots of shoes, especially. Like, skate brands, urban brands but also ones that your mom would want, like Vionic or Dansko. Plus all the trendy ones the teenagers love like Vans, Converse, Adidas. In the winter they got some killer boots and I got a fantastic pair of Hoka One One running shoes there before. They also have sportswear and outdoor brands like Patagonia and Mountain Hardwear (which they just started carrying in women's sizes, whoo-hoo!!). Some Marmot too, I think? And disc golf discs! But also they got trinkets and fun stuff. Like Funko Pops, hemp necklaces, Manic Panic hair dye, tie-dye everything, posters, concert tees. Also THE BEST place for hats in the mall. Hands down. Hanover Mall doesn't got a Lids, so this place kinda nails that vacancy. They change their inventory a lot. I remember seeing yo-yos and juggling equipment back in the day. Give them a try, it's always changing.

Love this place! They have outdoor stuff like Patagonia and Mountain Hardwear, but also lots of cool shoes like Vans, Coverse, and Sperry. Some scooter and skateboard stuff too if you're into that. Also Funko Pops and random band merch. Nice employees, funky decor and just a real hodge-podge of great gear and gifts.

This is the correct place place (in response to the 5 star review by Meg P), my son lives in Glenville. Don't know how the same people could have worked there for years when I only saw teenage employees on both occasions I went in the store. They were nice but didn't do their job correctly and the price of a board was wasted. Staff sold a regular sized skateboard to parent for a 12 year old saying it was the right size. Clearly too big for the kid and was never used, not mounted, and they would not take it back though their policy clearly states exchange for store credit accepted with receipt. Error by the staff means customer problem. They even have sizing charts on some of their complete boards and ignorant employee failed to utilize it!! I won't take my business there again.
