I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this horrible dealership!! they do shady business. prey on people that can’t make their payments, they don’t honor their warranty!!!!NEVER BUY A CAR HERE! they are mastered in the artistry of con and deceit. The gm screamed at my girlfriend and tried to charge me 600$ for a sensor that was covered under warranty please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else..

I had a 07 Grand Am that was on its last leg, I needed a car so bad! I knew my guy Steve works there. I gave him a call and told him what I was looking for and 2 hours later traded in my busted vheicle and I drove off the lot with my 17 Focus! Been satisfied ever since. If you need a good car without all the hassle I highly recommend Dean's Auto! Ask for Steve and you'll be in better hands than Allstate!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve at Deans Auto Plaza and I can confidently say that my car-buying experience was nothing short of fantastic. He took the time to understand what i was looking for and guided me through the options that would suit me best. There was no pressure to make a quick decision; instead, he encouraged me to take my time and ask questions. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by was outstanding. I had so many problems in the past with buying cars. This place is absolutely the best. Nikki treated me with so much care and respect. She went above and beyond for me to be happy and love my car. My wife and I just bought a car there today, 9/12/2024, and we had a great experience. We dealt with Steve Duttera Jr. and he smoothly worked us through the loan process and had us driving out in about an hour. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car there. He was very professional and explained in detail all of the documents we had to sign for the loan and extended warranty.

My relative recently bought a car here and explained the problems she had with her squeaky brakes. The worker there, Nikki, complained back and wrote some very offensive things in regards, including calling my relative a liar and saying that the brakes not being fixed is "on her". I would post the whole chat if I was able to. Please never come here, they are very unprofessional.
