I've loved my time with CrossFit Hanover! I started about 2 years ago moving from another gym & was instantly welcomed. The coaches are amazing, always encouraging and providing guidance when needed. I've definitely seen a lot of progress in my strength and skill work since joining the gym!

CrossFit Hanover is a great place to get a great workout. The space was very welcoming and had all the equipment I needed for my workout (it was also very nice equipment). The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt right at home during my visit.

All of the amazing coaches at CrossFit Hanover really take the time to know you and scale the training for you. The programming, strength training, and overall general fitness is top notch. My son also started CFH to get stronger for the upcoming wrestling season.Joining CFH is joining a family.
