the staffs at this store are amazing especially Esmer I had a problem with my phone and I wanted a new phone but I was more worried about my pictures and my contacts and she told me that she can transfer all of my pictures and contacts to my new phone and she did an amazing job, Brandon is the nicest person ever he broke it down for me on how much I am going to spend cause I was on a tight budget and Brandon right away knew the prices right from the back of his head so therefor I am so thankful for Esmer & Brandon if it wasn't for them two I don't know what I was going to do.

Super disappointed… I was enrolled in cricket protect plus and charged 10 extra dollars. It was the sneakiest sales person tactic ever. They get points for how many people the enroll in cricket protect. So this lady just added it to my bill WITHOUT asking/telling me. So shady… and now I have to call to get it canceled. And then she had the audacity to say it wasn’t her. At least take responsibility for your actions!

Very dissatisfied with cricket, not very helpful unprofessional staff, was in store with a friend then my phone stopped working, and the lady starts laughing saying she cannot help I have to call 611 customer service like if I’m in store why can you not assist a customer

Full of liars, literally any cell provider is better than this den of liars and theives, lots of bait and switch, the sales people use fast confusing talking to trick you into a "lease" for a phone than takes the price to over 1,700$$ for a 800$ phone
