Yelp would not allow me to rate the dealership lower than 1 star. service techs are impeccable, the rest of the dealership from the general manager Al Deetz to Sales should be embarassed. i have been a service customer since 2019, observed Al Deetz and his sales people pay no attention to the how customers are treated end to end at the dealership expect the customer to rate them no less than 10s. which the dealership needs drastic improvement from the bathroom itself available to customers. not handicap accessible, poorly lit. during a power outage one had to use the light off of their phone to wander from the customer area to the bathroom stall. no backup lights. not even sure the bathroom has been updated to OSH- standards. the waiting room itself is a little area with plastic chairs from wherever, couches that probably left ovee from Harvey Weinstein estate. the entire coffee or snack counter is never cleaned. the sales area or appears unless one matches their level of customer Al Deetz and the sales team will not even speak with you or acknowledge your presence. If you question their rates, the service advisor says it is up to the general manager, and he isn't available, I have had multiple vehicles serviced over the years, each time it is a different rate for the same servixe, even thought I have different years of the same vehicle. my 2020 Jeep hrand cherokee charged for heavy duty tire rotation when I have stock tires on it from the factory. Al Deetz's explanation via email to the service manager to me, the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee is a heavier vehicle than most. the owners of this franchise should seriously consider replacing him and his team to ensure they stay a Dodge/Ram/Jeep/Chrysler dealership

Everywhere I go it's the same old excuse; "Supply chain this. Supply Chain that. It's going to be over a month before we can get you in." Well, it looks as if the team here at Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram in Hanover have solved that problem. I am thankful to have such a superior team right in my back yard. Keep it up!

Love the group at Apple CDJR parts, they've always been able to take care of me when I come call in or come in to find something for my 2020 Grand Cherokee, Luis, Bob, and Chris will all go out of their way to help me find what I need to make sure I walk away happy and taken care of.

Did not do a good job. Paid $4300 and got back my van in worse shape than it was before. Go somewhere else.
