I was looking to buy a '22 Mazda3 in Dec'22. After dealing with the worst in dealer stereotypes at Wayne Mazda (i.e. arrogant attitude, unecessary $$ add-ons and high dealer fees), dealing with Laura Seitler and the team at Champion Mazda was like night and day. Straightforward pricing...a reasonable discount off the MSRP, with no dealer mark-ups or add-ons.They were accommodating in that I had to travel from NYC to pick up the car.. and even had it sitting in out in front with a big red bow when I arrived!They spent over two hours to acquaint me with the car, including pairing my phone and entering my home address into the navigation system. They couldn't have been nicer and really reaffirmed by faith in reputable car dealers. I only wished I lived closer to Hanover so I could give them my service business. Highly recommended.

Larry was awesome. I did not go in really to purchase, just to look and getting pricing and ideas on what I wanted in a used SUV. Larry told me I should try the CX5 that I would like it. Boy did I. Jake ran the numbers and I was approved. I was completely shocked. Did not think that I would ever be able to afford a brand new car. Larry helped me set the car up and showed me how everything works . I highly recommend Larry and Jake. Best car experience I have ever had.

I purchased a car here and went in for service! As I am walking in towards the counter an unmasked employee coughs right towards me! As I'm sitting and waiting, multiple unmasked employees came in the the waiting room for coffee or snacks! If you are concerned about covid, have anyone in your family who is high risk... do not take your business here as they are not at all concerned about your safety! I am looking to upgrade and will not be doing so at this location.

I bought a 2020 Mazda CX-9 in late winter (February 2020). Despite the Covid outbreak it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman and his manager were super! In October I took my vehicle there for service. My experience was not good at all. After such a stellar experience on the front-end I was expecting something similar with Service. Nope. Hope to never go back to that dealership!

We really tried to give Champion Mazda the benefit of the doubt, but have been very disappointed. We purchased a car from them and as we were driving home we started to feel the car shake and make grinding noises. We live two hours away and they told us to bring it back and they would fix it. Two things, won't ever buy a car here again, won't ever get my car serviced here again. Purchased my first Mazda here 4 years ago. Was very much under the impression since I purchased here I would get a break on the service charges like stated from the seller. That however is not the case. As well as me having an appointment for my car to get serviced at 8 am and them not calling me to let me know it was complete until 2:44 in the afternoon. I planned it early because it's my only day off and I have a lot of things to do on that one day. Very disappointed and when I wanted to tell/ talk to someone on my frustration they did not care or ask how they could help. Another problem was that I was 100% serious about buying a new Mazda back in the winter since I do love my car itself just needed an upgrade, was wanting prices and quotes for a new one and after meeting with the salesman I never got an email back or anything. (His problem) Also I was there looking for something with AWD they were showing me everything I didn't want plus cars that were not AWD?! Won't be back..

Never disappointed with the customer service here, always accommodating and friendly! Couldn't find my registration so they printed mine for me without getting irritated with my lack of preparedness, lots of free coffee options, comfy waiting room, aaaaaaand they provided me with a phone charger because my battery was about dead and now I can have my music when I go to the gym after this ��
