They put a sign in the window that says "Be back soon". Over an hour later, sign still up, door still locked. Been with Boost for a decade and the one time I need a store, this nonsense goes on. The "OPEN" sign is lit up. I was there during normal, posted operating hours. I'd have taken a picture of the sign but my phone is broke. Which is why I need to go to the Boost store!

Worked with Kaitlyn at your store to combine my 2 different phone accounts. She was by herself and spent almost hour getting it all switched over. Kaitlyn is great! She's a great person to represent your company. Kept me informed whole time what was going on. Great personality! Next day found your company had overcharged my account. Called Kaitlyn and she took care of calling customer service herself and got the credit on my account! That was a bless because honestly I hate calling your customer service. They leave you on hold forever!!! Thank you again fir having such a fantastic employee!! She deserves a raise for all she does to make boost look good!!

Washear today and McKinsey was superb she knew exactly what I did to my phone. Had it all cleaned out and every thing put back into place then she paired my phone with my car she is simply the best ???? thank you so much. You were a very happy and pleasant person to work with.

Today I visited the store. One girl Kaitlyn was working by herself. She was great she was helping all of us and she never complained. I hope she gets a raise, great job!!!

What a joke. Over there selling 3 year old phones on so called “specials”, definitely the exact opposite of what I would consider an Americanized store. The one guy Ryan lied to my face to get me to opt in. Only to find out my bills 3x the amount and then wouldn’t return the phone bc my kids threw away the box to his present as most kids would do. Manager was untraceable and then when finally speaking to him through the store clerk, didn’t want his customers satisfaction. Besides the service sucks and the data plans trash go here if you want rio yourself off. Kaitlyn is the only good thing going over there so go to her if you HAVE TO GO

Ryan is the man! We came.to him because the other Boost store on carlisle Street doesn't know their behinds from a hole in the ground. And when you ask them what their job is we were told to sell phones. We brought our mess to Ryan and he got us all fixed up.Just a warning... DO NOT GO TO BOOST MOBILE ON CARLISLE STREET!

Hands down deal with Ryan he is awesome and always have a great attitude and is more then willing to work with you and help you get the phone and plan you need... At all cost ask for Ryan when you go in there because Catlin likes to call other customers and try and steal sells away from other co-workers just had it done to me and has the must rude and nasty attitude and does not know how to talk to customers the right way... THANK YOU RYAN FOR BEING AWESOME AND WORKING WITH ME ... YOU HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOW WHO TO TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMER'S..

Our experience with Ryan at the Baltimore St. Hanover location was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked many questions. He saved my family a ton of money by switching our phones to Boost and the Xfinity prepaid internet they offer. Highly recommend you stop in and see Ryan!

Ryan who assisted me, gave me the best service I have ever received from a cell phone salesperson. I have been a customer of Verizon, AT&T, & Boost. He kept me up-to-date as the phone I wanted was being released in 2 weeks & I was the first Boost customer to get that model. Do not order your phone online, go to the store. I give the online sales a rating of 1 star. Thank you Ryan for your exceptional service, I will always get my phones from you.
