Friendly staff. Jack explained everything well. Work that was done is great as well. Had my head gasket replaced and transfer case leak fixed as well.

Horrible experience. Confirmed appt. two hours before I planned to be there. Car I was interested in was sold two days ago. Drove 40 minutes for nothing. This dealership needs to learn how to communicate not only with each other, but more importantly with the customer

My son (car buyer) and husband drove up to PA from Frederick with their eyes on a specific used car advertised with Bergey's. A long way to go, so fingers were crossed for all the stars and moons to align for it to all work out. Not only was the car exactly what he wanted; Owen, the sales rep, and Jordan in Finance, could not have been nicer to deal with! From the look and feel of the dealership, to the personal interaction and kindness exhibited by all of the staff, to their honest communication and friendliness and fair negotiations, I highly recommend Bergey's for your next car purchase. And yes; it's worth the drive!
