Simply a bank that does not care about its customers. After the Sun Trust/BB&T merger became Truist (terrible name for a bank, IMO), they closed the Gettysburg Branch. That means no access to an ATM with no fee. Customer service says use another branch (12 miles away) or use the cash back service at a supermarket ($100 limit). Guess I'll be looking to change banks.

Wow even banks lack professionalism now. I was the fifth person in line this past Monday morning possibly 1:30 PM one teller one of the drive-through and three people sitting behind closed doors. After waiting in line for 15 minutes Due to a disability I really couldn’t stand anymore so I had to leave. Not really a big deal anyway because I didn’t want to get waited on by somebody wearing a football jersey in jeans handling my money. Sorry But twi strikes - and like every other business you’re not even in the ball game. And believe me - There’s no one In the world wants to see a woman in a football jerseys - it’s actually pretty pathetic.

This is one of the worst dirtiest banks I ever been to. There were roaches in the lobby n the teller straight lied to my face I will be closing all my accounts with them n never returning

A wire transfer is supposed to be instant.. Yet theyre holding our money from us over 24hrs now like they own our money because they have never heard of someone selling a car online before.. They have lost us as customers. Treating us like this. Ive never had a problem when recieving a bank wire transfer with other banks ive belonged to. Watch out, they think they can do whatever they want with your money and keep it from you. Money Nazzis!!! Stay away!

The staff are awesome! For the past year I had to do wire transfers to another business and they were always friendly even though I know it was a pain. Our main personal account is here and we have no plans of leaving.

We are a new customer to BB&T and Adam was very helpful with getting us set up. Did not feel pressured. Knowledgeable, efficient, and was available on the phone when I called with a follow-up question.
