“I'm a new M&T customer, satisfied with banking services - all good.But I am also very grateful for what an M&T employee did for me. Shannon Farrone, at the Crossroads branch... I was in need of notary services recently. My Wife passed and there were very important documents she notarized on two occasions. Willing to receive a fax from funeral home, medical records, etc... with patience & kindness. If M&T monitors social media, Shannon deserves a shout-out for going above & beyond for a customer in need.”

“Friendly staff, usually I'm in and out as long as I don't go close to 5. They always seem to have a good connection with frequent visiters. It took a few times going in to cash my check they can just find me by my name now I don't have to do the whole dance around finding my account unless it's a new worker at the till. Seems safe, ATM is indoors by the front also not just drive thru or a shady walk up on the side of the building.”
