We had to have some wiring repaired after a squirrel got under the hood of our CRV. Apple Honda was able to repair the wires at what we thought was a reasonable cost, but charged us for a full roll of protective rodent tape (nearly $60) when only about 2 inches was used on our car. When we asked to have the rest of the roll sent to us, they said they would but never did.

We bought a car with Apple Honda Hanover back in July. We agreed on a down payment and purchased the car.A month later we received a large check from them for the Gap coverage on our previous vehicle.Two months later that are asking for that money back. Apparently when we were applying for the loan, Apple saw that we had money due to us and planned to use that GAP money towards our down payment. We were never told and never agreed to these extra funds being applied to the new car loan.It's partially on us for not reading all 45+ pages at the time of signing of our agreement, but it's also very poor business practice to not let us know that money that was owed to us would be applied to the new car without our knowledge.I will also add that the money from the GAP coverage on the car was for a car that was sold over a year ago, so those funds were kept from us for over a year.

Thaddeus Davis was an outstanding salesman. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Overall Apple Honda of Hanover was a great dealership to buy a car from. Highly recommended.

Tom and his team are top rate. He was quick to understand what I was looking for and had my parts ready to go for when I arrived. He even remembered my car's year, make, and model when I asked him for more! Outstanding parts department!

Perfect dealership for purchasing Honda parts in the Hanover area. I was greeted quickly and the counterman was very pleasant and helpful. My special order part came in sooner than expected.

Plenty of leary practices held here. If you're reading this, be sure to either record and/or get written documentation on any "deals" they try to give you. We sold our car and purchased another one, all parties agreed on x amount years of free oil changes with our new purchase. The time passed, our oil change was due, and no one had any record of such agreement with the dealership, surprise!!!!Upon trying to contact the general manager over an entire week, we got in contact with Adriana (the only helpful person we spoke to) and she got to the bottom of our issue. We then learned, in which of course was never agreed upon, that they added x amount of mileage along with the only agreement we had, which was the amount of years. They did this months after we already had an agreement. They failed to put such agreement in any paperwork either...yet another surprise...Shame on us for having any faith!Long story short, they change their agreements long after they get what they want. By far one of the WORST dealerships we experienced.

I don't like to post reviews that are negative but my experience with them was not positive. My salesperson was inexperienced and had lame customer service skills. Maybe just poorly trained. Went in to try to trade in car and stated what I needed my payment to be. Was offered a vehicle I didn't want and a payment that was way over what I could pay. To me was a total waste of my time.

Terrific place to buy a car. Spencer Brubaker is a smart and congenial dude, and gave me the best purchase experience I've ever had. Their sales management is figuratively - and literally - transparent... they are out on the sales floor behind glass, completely visible. I got a great deal right out of the gate with no posturing or screaming or ugly crying. I love love love my new CR-V, and I couldn't be happier with Apple Honda.
