Our Ford Escape received a rear end collision, not our fault. Used CCoH as our repair shop, Met Jonathan, took all of our info, inspected the vehicle, sent us the estimate. After they received the parts needed, they had the vehicle for 8 days, kept us informed the whole way. Looks like nothing happened to our car. Good as new.

The premier collision center in the region! The office staff is professional and the repairs are top tier! Getting into an accident is never fun but when you get your vehicle fixed here it's a good ending to an unfortunate situation. You won't be disappointed!

These guys did a terrible job on my paintwork. I take pride in keeping a vehicle in good condition but these guys clearly don't hire people who feel the same way. They had my car for 7 months. That was understandable considering the supply shortage during covid. I'm not provided a rental through my insurance and that was inconvenient but they tried correcting the paintwork on my car twice and it still looks like a blind man did it. Not even a year later and I have rust spots where the kid who buffed it dragged it straight down to the metal. What an absolute shame that a company with this type of reputation puts out such low quality work like this and the management approves it. I'll never recommend this shop for body work and I suggest anyone who cares about good quality work doesn't place their trust in this place.

Excellent service! They received my car in March and by April 1st the car was finished. They kepted me inform of the progress on my vehicle. They took the time to answer all of my questions even go on a test ride with me. So I give kudos to Cody, Ian and Elaine all of whom I spoke with on multiple times excellent service you guys thank you so much.

I took my vehicle here to get it fix and they did a great job fixing it and they needed more time witch was no problem and they took care of my rental , i would not go anywhere else but here thank you staff for taking care of my veh and me.

if it was possible to leave zero stars i would but instead i’ll give it a one, the woman at the front desk was so unbelievably rude to me when i was obviously in need of assistance and guidance i have never had a more disrespectful encounter in my experience of customer service between the facial expressions and tone behind her voice, i'm glad i took my business else wear and had my needs more than met.

Once the parts came in, we took the car in and got it back sooner than we were told and it looks great. Got updates every couple days by a phone call which was really nice!

This was the second vehicle we had repaired at Apple Collision. The staff is amazing. A special thanks to Elaine and Todd. We were always treated kindly. Staff are pleasant and willing to listen. We were always kept up to date on the status. We highly recommend them.
