“Friendly staff, usually I'm in and out as long as I don't go close to 5. They always seem to have a good connection with frequent visiters. It took a few times going in to cash my check they can just find me by my name now I don't have to do the whole dance around finding my account unless it's a new worker at the till. Seems safe, ATM is indoors by the front also not just drive thru or a shady walk up on the side of the building.”

“Due to some outside group my account was locked and wasn't able to use my debit card. I went into the the bank,. went to a Banker opened the door to ask for help with no appointment . The Banker was Kathy Ashley who was very professional and told me to sit down and she would help me. She spent a lot of time with me and everything was taken care of and I left the Bank feeling so relieved. She is a definite asset to Truist Bank on Eisenhower Drive Branch !”
