“It's really baffling why this post office is rated only two stars. There were two employees helping people, both were kind, friendly and very efficient at their jobs. There was a constant stream of people (11am on a Friday) but they kept the line moving with everyone being helped in a timely manner. I went in to purchase and subsequently mail an envelope and a money order. Between taking the time to fill out my information on the envelope and money order and waiting in line, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Granted, they didn't roll the red carpet and serve me champagne when I walked in but I'm willing to let it slide this once.”
“Chantel said I’m so Pleasant I made Her day, But She was so kind, absolutely Fabulous and made Mine (by the way, Best Highlights and Low-lights ever girl!) ....Super Friendly Postal Employee made this out of Towners trip into The City of Latrobe Wonderful, Left Feeling Happy, Speedy Service, I wish every postal employee was as wonderful and kind as this, I Hope you promote this kindhearted Customer service persons career to the highest levels, she deserves it!”

“I am fed up with this postal service i have lived here for more than 2 years and my rent has been lost bills not received and purchases returned and not delivered my mother didn't recieve one of her bills for six months and now has cost her a lot of late fees etc to catch up what the HELL is the problem im calling to complain again”
