Verizon in general is a horrible, horrible company. This location is not the worst. There was one person working there and two customers so I had to wait quite a while before I found out that they gave the last phone to the guy in front of mine. My recommendation is connect two cans with a cord.

I stopped by here and was instantly greeted and taken care of, Jay was amazing and helped me get a new phone and a watch. He set them both up for me and made sure I was satisfied before leaving the store. I will be coming back to this store for all of my Verizon needs in the future.
